Rachael Brock

Sustainability Specialist - Australia/European Union

Rachael is a sustainability specialist with expertise in mathematics and environmental science, adept at assessing climate and nature-related risks and opportunities. With experience as a Big 4 Sustainability Consultant and a Research Fellow at Griffith University, she bridges business needs with cutting-edge science. Her work includes decarbonisation strategies, climate risk assessment, and emissions and sustainability reporting.

As a consultant, Rachael has worked with a number of large corporates to support the development and refinement of their sustainability strategy and reporting disclosures, supporting companies including Bega, NSW Ports, IAG, Brambles Limited, BHP, Lendlease, Woodside, and Lion. Having worked with a variety of ASX-100 entities, she understands the challenges, risks, and opportunities for businesses, as they address the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).

Chris Haylock

Associate - Australia

Chris has extensive experience delivering financial services solutions within Australia and across the Asia-Pacific Region and is focused on helping these organisations meet and exceed their emissions reduction objectives.

Faced with arguably the biggest challenge of our generation, Chris is committed to simplifying the process and reducing the cost of measuring and reducing our emissions, to ensure the future of our economy and our planet.

Dominic Berry

Dominic studied countryside management and human health sciences, focusing on environmental science, ecology, conservation, land uses, countryside tourism, and urban habitats. His academic interests stemmed from the rapid urbanization of the North of England, one of the most populous regions in Europe.

Dominic's career has been diverse and customer-focused, spanning from horticulture to supporting elderly and disabled individuals in domiciliary care. Now at ESG Partners, Dominic is dedicated to connecting customers to sustainable practices and believes strongly in the power of community efforts to enhance environmental stewardship both nationally and locally.

Gregor Aschoff

Australia - Germany

Gregor's expertise is ESG risk management, sustainable digitalization (digital tools to collect, monitor and evaluate sustainability metrics as ESG partner's Carbonhalo suite of products and services), and legal compliance in a globalized context including sustainability reporting.

As a managing director for German companies and a member of the board of a listed company in Australia, Gregor has a strong connection and extensive knowledge in the area of corporate governance, and sustainable value creation.

Gregor excels at balancing the interests of various stakeholder groups, just as he expertly balances the body and minds of his class participants as a certified yoga teacher.
